Tourist Taxes

Tourist taxes are payable by every tourist who stays in Tuscany. For every guest over the age of 12 the tax is 2.50 euros per person per night for the first 5 nights of your stay. There is no tax for those under 12.

Airconditioning Charge

As you might imagine, the cost of aircon in the summer/heating in the winter is considerable, given the size of the house.  Aircon use is metered and Convivum will take a meter reading at check in and check out. They will let you know how much your contribution to the cost of the aircon will be. Generally, this will be in the region of 15 -20 euros per day in high season.
